Century Property Developments originated in 1975, primarily as a developer of shopping centres, and has since diversified into exclusive residential estates and commercial developments. Current Hot water delivery is via a ‘Tankless – Gas – Ring Main’ on each building. Hot water is meter at the flat unit and sold to the tenant or home owner. We have been asked to install Solar systems onto the ring mains of the 29 buildings. Phase 1 of the project will be 15 buildings The core purpose of the Solar System is to save ring main losses.
