The school is located within Omawewozonyanda, which is a suburb within Epukiro Post 3 in the Omaheke region in Namibia. This school holds marginalised and previously disadvantaged communities such as those from the Ovahimba Community, and the majority of the students are from that community.
In one year, this installation gives a solar yield of 87.90 MWh and is responsible for the avoidance of 30414.40 kilograms of CO2 emissions.
