About

The house is owned by Ms. Monika Ndilimeke Thomas. The building consists of a self-standing rental house and a shop. Ms Thomas is a pensioner, and a single Namibian woman who decided to put her building on rent for the purpose of providing accommodation to students that are coming from other towns outside of Windhoek. The building is close to two schools and this has encouraged Ms Thomas to start a shop that sells mostly to school children. The building is providing the tenants with a save and secured accommodation that enables them to concentrate on their studies.
