- Rosedon House is a residential facility for adults with cerebral palsy (CP) who are no longer able to live independently or with their families. Adults at Rosedon House come from communities across the Western Cape and have varying degrees of CP. Rosedon House offers independent supervised living, with each resident having their own room. Transport is provided to hospital and doctor appointments, sport association and social functions. In one year, this installation gives a solar yield of 32.75 MWh and is responsible for the avoidance of 11380.00 kilograms of CO2 emissions.
