SOLTRAIN assists with providing solar hot water for townhouses in Maseru

A townhouse complex in Lesotho has become a beneficiary of the SOLTRAIN Demonstration Project initiative in which SOLTRAIN funds up to 50% of the cost of supply and installation of solar thermal systems.
Three 150 litre high-pressure solar water heaters were installed by Solarsoft in collaboration with SOLTRAIN Lesotho country partner, Bethel Business and Community Development Center, with assistance from SOLTRAIN. The townhouses where the trademark-blue Solarsoft solar water heaters are installed give good exposure to solar water heating technology which, it is hoped, will foster greater adoption in the area.
